Due to our continued growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Creator with a flair for writing engaging content, a creative eye and an interest in growing a social media presence.

The opportunity:

Your primary role will be to create original content with strong headlines to spark interest and invite readers in.  Your content will be used across a number of different media platforms.You will also be the ‘go to’ person for looking after our website, ensuring that it is maintained and running smoothly and that images and content are optimised. You will also ensure that our various social media platforms are refreshed regularly with interesting and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.You will have a desire to research and find out what is going on in our market sector and the IT industry in general to identify new trends and relevant industry news.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Production and manipulation of graphics for social media campaigns and marketing of the brand
  • Develop and maintain the up keep of the company’s website
  • Analyse data from Google Analytics to review and measure website performance and to implement future goals for the brand, optimising content across the website, blog and social media platforms ensuring all keywords are up to date and relevant
  • Creating engaging blog posts and news feed items
  • Production of videography with strong messaging and end goals
  • Photography
  • Planning content and scheduling posts across our social media channels on tools such as Hootsuite, to generate brand awareness
  • Holding content creation meetings to produce content forecasts
  • Monthly reporting to evaluate the brands positioning and goals
  • Production of PowerPoint slide decks for key client meetings
  • Event planning

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in content creation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient use of Photoshop and standard Microsoft Office packages
  • An eye for design and digital marketing
  • Excellent written communications skills with high level grammar and spelling ability
  • Ability to research, analyse and summarise data
  • The ability to take ownership and run projects end-to-end
  • Familiar with inbound marketing tactics
  • Excellent organisation ability and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly professional, trustworthy, reliable and conscientious
